New Delhi - Delhi The Capital of India A Great City of All Times!

It was in the radar of all great leaders from times long back.  The Greats of yore found it a great seat from which governance can be taken up.  And so Delhi grew up as the Capital of India from times long back.  The British made an orderly and called it New Delhi.

They had made the Vice-Regal Building (which is presently the President's Estate called the Rashtrapati Bhawan) and the two great Blocks of India, called the North Block and South Block from where governance were taken up.  Legislation was done from the Parliament Building near by.
